Sweet Moments on a Windy Morning: USO Oklahoma Joins 2-20th Field Artillery

USO Oklahoma brought smiles and sweet treats to service members during Motor Pool Monday with our popular Sweets on Wheels program. The 2-20th Field Artillery Battalion graciously invited us to spend the morning with them, and we were thrilled to show up with a spread of fresh pastries and fruit. It was a great opportunity to connect and share a little comfort during their busy day.

The timing couldn’t have been better—the cool Oklahoma wind made our warm hospitality and tasty offerings even more appreciated. Service members gathered around to grab a bite, chat, and enjoy a moment of relaxation before heading back to their duties. Seeing their enthusiasm and hearing their thanks reminded us why these small gestures make such a big impact.

Events like this highlight the importance of community and support. We’re grateful to the 2-20th Field Artillery for welcoming us and to our volunteers who make these visits possible.
